I am really sick and tired of being a vegetarian in a clueless world. Seriously. So for those of you who respond when you hear someone say "I'm a vegetarian" with "So, what do you eat, like, salad?" here's what I bought at the grocery store today, in minute detail.
What I Bought At WinCo
1. 100% Pure Apple Juice Pressed From Fresh White Apples
2. Clearly Canadian Sparkling Water Beverage, Grape Flavor
3. "Big Soup Noodle Bowls", in flavors (a) Hot & Sour and (b) Miso with Tofu
4. Morningstar Farms Veggie Corn Dogs
5. Thai Kitchen Instant Rice Noodle Soup in flavors (a)Garlic & Vegetable, (b)Spring Onion, and (c) Bangkok Curry Note: This is basically Ramen Noodles but except for one flavor in one brand, Ramen is made with animal stock. The brand I buy is completely meat-free and offers a wider variety of flavors. Yum!
6.Hansen's Natural Soy Smoothie, in Tropical Breeze
7.Murray's Sugar Free Chocolate Chip Cookies with Pecans
8. Apples
9. Pears
10. Gen-Soy Soy Crisps in Rich Cheddar Cheese Flavor
11. Rold Gold Classic Style Pretzel Rods
12.Newsweek Okay, yeah, that's a magazine. But I bought that too and I did say that this was my grocery list in detail.
Okay so now you know what I eat. Of course I don't get the SAME thing every week. In fact every week I get different things. No use getting caught up in monotony, eh? And I can't believe I just wrote an entry entirely about my grocery list.
