Yay for me, I made it to 18. As my old music teacher used to say (his entire demeanor dripping with sarcasm), "Whoopie turtle."
It doesn't feel any different to be an adult than it did.. well, a whole hour ago. I guess some things are different, because I can buy a lottery ticket and my parents can't technically order me around. But meh, I feel the same.
Onto bigger and more important things.
Today is the day that I get my Idaho driver's license. Funny because I'll probably have to get a Florida one in a few months. This moving around stuff isn't for the faint hearted. I just read an entire driver's manual in about two hours. Fun. (Again with the sarcasm).
But to put aside the sarcasm for a second, I downloaded this song from amazon.com (yes, they let you download free music!) and it is just amazing. I think I'll probably have to purchase a Daughter Darling album in the future.
